Cropmatrix International Journal of Conscious Business Management Studies
Aims & Scope
Aims and Scope
The Cropmatrix International Journal of Conscious Business Management Studies aims to develop and disseminate scholarly knowledge concerning conscious, responsible and human-centred management.
The journal interprets conscious business management as an approach in which organisational decisions are guided by a clear purpose, ethical awareness, stakeholder responsibility, social sensitivity and long-term value creation. It encourages critical research that examines both the possibilities and limitations of conscious business practices.
The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, conceptual, theoretical and case-based studies. Contributions may examine businesses, social enterprises, educational institutions, public organisations, cooperatives, non-profit organisations and other organised systems.
